- In hand, you get the shiny. On the scan, not so much. Past releases for Topps Chrome the scans on refractor cards came out much better than this one did. Not sure why...
- Bio on the back: "He was the first Pirates player since Roberto Clemente from 1960-67 to be invited to the MLB All-Star Game five straight times." Andrew is the face of the Pirates, no doubt about it. Trading him would be a mistake in my opinion.
- Career home run #64 was hit 6/23/2012 off of Detroit's Max Scherzer. It was a 3 run shot that broke a scoreless tie in the 4th. The Pirates would go on to win 4-1 behind Brad Lincoln's 6 innings of 2 hit pitching.
