Jim Thome card #228 2000 Pacific Vanguard High Voltage #16

• Another insert that I own before the base card.  There's also 4 parallels of this card, green, gold, silver and red.  Good ol' Pacific.
• That being said, Pacific did have some creative ideas for inserts, and I do like the high voltage insert myself.
• The cheapest Vanguard base card on COMC is actually 50 cents higher than the cheapest High Voltage insert.  Weird.
