Joe Sakic card #185 1995-96 Topps Profiles #PF20

• " We felt that the more time the puck was in his hands, the more dangerous he was."  High praise from Messier regarding Joe's ability to stick handle and dish the puck to teammates.
• This was part of a 20 card insert set from 95-96 Topps, and all 20 players in the set were stars.  Interesting that there were as many defensemen in the set as there were goalies, with 3 apiece.  That era was certainly an offense dominant one for sure.
• 6 copies of this card currently on COMC, ranging anywhere from 85 cents (not bad) to $2.75.  Beckett lists the high end of this card at $3.  Sounds about right for Sakic inserts from this era.
