- Of the 9 cards on this page that I'm currently working through, this is the only card featuring Thome in a fielding pose. Guess even back then everyone knew what Jim's strength was.
- Bio on the back: "...ranked tied for seventh in the Majors with 40 home runs in 1997." Jim was actually tied for 8th in '97, with Jay Buhner, Vinny Castilla, Barry Bonds and Mike Piazza also hitting 40 apiece. Great company.
- Very glossy card both front and back, which made me think that it would list for more than it does on COMC. Cheapest copy of 6 is 49 cents, while the most expensive is a buck. Not bad...

You have to be really careful with those Mystique cards because sometimes the front will peel back from the card...I have seen the back do it as well but not too often.
