- I don't know much about this set, but the back of this card shows 30 players and their batting average in 1997. Jim was number 26 on the list at .286.
- Like the dual logo that they used on the card for the hit list, the background logo doesn't really take too much away from the picture.
- Career home run #128 came off of Oakland's Brad Rigby (don't remember that name at all...) 8/23/97. It was the first of 2 homers that night, as the Indians won 7-4. Orel Hershiser won his 12th game for the Indians that night.
