- I absolutely loved this set when it first came out. It was a tremendous improvement over '91 Ultra.
- Seeing the blue stands in behind Thome reminds me of the movie Major League. Not sure why, because Major League was filmed in old County Stadium in Milwaukee.
- Game 12 for Jim was against the Tigers, which the Indians won 3-1. Jim was hit by a pitch for the first time in the majors, by Walt Terrell.
