- This is the 3rd card featuring Joe in the 75th anniversary season all star jersey. I don't think that there's anymore left, so that's a plus.
- Anyone remember how hot these cards were when they were released? I was fortunate enough to pull this out of a pack. The foil cards are still quite pricey; the Sakic is the 2nd highest priced card listed ($15) behind Gretzky ($20)
- April 8, 1993 Sakic and the Nordiques lost 6-2 to the Bruins. No matter, since 10 days later Joe would make his Stanley Cup debut against Montreal.
